All charges must be paid 6 weeks in advance of letting date. |

Credit/Debit card payments accepted. |

No refunds for early checkouts. |

Bookings for less than 7 nights will incur a £44 / $70 cleaning
surcharge. |
|
Security deposit of £150 / $255 required with final payment. This is
refundable within 1 month of return, subject to no damage or losses. |
|
Check-in is not before 4.00pm - check-out is no later than 11.00am. |
|
Late check-out charge is equal to one day's rental. |

deposit of 25% of the total rental cost, which can be paid either by
cheque or *credit card. |
