1. Price Guarantee |
|
The cost of rental is guaranteed upon receipt of the deposit. Bookings for less than 7 nights will incur a £55 / $75 cleaning surcharge. |

2. Booking and Payment |
|
i) A deposit of a £100/$150 per week of rental is required together with a completed booking form.
ii) The balance of rental is due six weeks prior to commencement of the rental period. We reserve the right to treat the booking as cancelled if the balance is not received by the due date. In the event of a cheque not being honoured, we reserve the right to charge an additional £20/$30 for costs.
iii) Payment can be made by wire fund transfer into our bank, by cheque or by *credit/debit card.
* Please note that payments made by credit cards are subject to a charge of 2%. |
| 3. Cancellation |
|
All deposits are non-returnable and cancellation will result in forfeit. Cancellations that occur after balance payment received may result in the full payment be forfeited. We will attempt to re-book the villa for the rental period and will refund the balance if appropriate. |
| 4. Alterations to Confirmed Bookings |
|
We will do all we can to help but cannot guarantee to meet all such requests. |
| 5. Rental Period |
|
This begins at 4pm on the day of arrival and ends at 11am on the day of departure. Failure to comply may result in an additional charge. |
| 6. Security Deposit |
|
You will be required to provide a Security Deposit, by paying £150/$200 with your full payment, to be held against loss or damage caused by any member(s) of your party. This is fully refundable after the property is vacated and post rental inspection carried out. |
| 7. Sub-Letting |
|
The accommodation is reserved exclusively for the people named on the booking form and no other person is permitted to stay there. |
| 8. Safety |
|
We cannot accept liability whatsoever for injury/damage when using the pool/surrounding area. Guests are specifically requested not to allow unsupervised children to use the pool. |
| 9. Force Majeure |
|
We are not liable for loss or delay caused by any of the following: strikes, industrial dispute, riots, political unrest, hostilities, war or threat of war, terrorist activity, fire, flood, technical/weather problems with transport, aircraft grounding, closure of airports or ports, weather conditions or any event beyond the owners’ or agents control. |
| 10. Smoking and Pets |
|
For the comfort of our guests, we do not permit smoking or pets in our villa. |
