The accommodation is spacious with large lounge and dining area, 4 bedrooms - all with cable TV. Master bedroom and bedroom 4 are en-suite, with bedrooms 2 and 3 sharing a further bathroom. All sheets, towels, etc are provided.
The kitchen is fully equipped and fitted with modern appliances including American fridge freezer with ice-maker, hob, oven, microwave, etc and has an additional breakfast area in the nook.
The large lounge, with volume (high) ceiling, has cable TV/CD/DVD and surround sound system and also has alarmed patio doors for child safety leading to the pool area. A Playstation 2 is provided with 2 consoles and games.
The master suite also has alarmed patio doors leading to the pool area. The living area and bathrooms are tiled throughout with ceramic tiles – all the bedrooms are fully carpeted. All rooms are air-conditioned throughout with supplementary ceiling fans in the lounge and all bedrooms.
There is also a separate laundry area in the garage.
